Our Nursery

The goal of our preschool area is to create a fun, safe, and God centered environment that emphasizes the teachings of the bible in all aspects. We aim to glorify God with our time in the nursery through lessons, songs, and play. We will work together with parents to help the children of RPBC to grow in their faith, experienece God’s love, and build a strong biblical foundation for a lifetime walk with our Lord and Savior.

Key principals

  • Love and kindness (1 Corinthians 12:4-7)

  • Biblical teachings in every thing we do (Deuteronomy 11:19)

  • The gospel is for everyone - especially children (Luke 18:16)

  • Support parents to continue teaching the word at home (Proverbs 22:6)

New to the Nursery?

What Should I Bring?

  • An extra change of clothes (just in case!).

  • Bottles, bibs, diapers, and Pull-Ups—whatever your little one needs.

  • Tip: Don’t forget to label everything with your child’s full name so nothing gets mixed up!

  • Note: Please leave personal toys at home to keep things simple and fun for everyone!

What to Do When You Arrive & Leave:

Arriving:

  1. Check-in: Head to the Nursery Suite when you arrive (it opens 15 minutes before service or Sunday school begins).

  2. Security Code: You’ll get a security code to access the Nursery Suite—your ticket to peace of mind!

  3. Hand Over Your Supplies: Drop off your Bag of Supplies at the Check-in desk.

Leaving:

  • Grab Your Bag: Before you head out, don’t forget to pick up your Bag of Supplies!

We’ve got it all covered, so you can relax and enjoy your time knowing your little one is in good hands!

(Note: No child can be just dropped off. Our Nursery Suite is for those who are attending a worship service and/or Sunday school.)

Volunteers

Ready to Make a Difference?

We are incredibly grateful for the volunteers who make our nursery’s extended care time possible. Your time and support allow parents to fully engage in worship, knowing their children are in safe, loving hands. Below is the Extended Care Volunteer Calendar so you can see where and when you are scheduled.

Want to Join the Team?

If you’re excited to volunteer, we’d love to have you! To ensure every volunteer is well-prepared, we require both new and returning volunteers to complete a quick online training course and have an up to date background check. This training will provide all the important guidelines and ensure we’re providing the best care for our little ones.
